Fonsie - Tiny Sesh - 10.18.23

Say Hello to Fonsie everyone! They came through the studio for a three-song set this October - and what a great group to collab with! The three piece from Davis, California have been friends since childhood - and have been playing music together since age 13! I was told their main inspirations are derived from The Strokes, Green Day, and Arctic Monkeys - which is apparent in their music! Their tracks, “Tell Another Lie,” and “Benji,” (both featured on their new EP Something Human Pt. 1) maintain aspects of this inspiration. Where “Benji” is a more chill, melancholy tribute to their “old sound,” “Tell Another Lie” features a more traditional punk rock vibe, akin to that of the bands from their youth. A third song was recorded, but as of now, is unavailable to the public and will be kept on the back-burner until further notice - so be prepared for more Fonsie! For now, enjoy the tracks available and we hope to collaborate further in the future! It means tons to work with a band who’s life is so involved with the music making process!
