Bad To Worse - Tiny Sesh - 12.03.23

And we’re back! - This time featuring “Bad To Worse,” a local rock / metal band from Sacramento! This was one of the smoothest sessions we’ve run to date and we can’t be happier with the result. The group came fully prepared with their tracks, lights, and costumes and nailed their whole set in a single take! The set began with “Surf Punk”, a hard driven track with incredible vocal dynamics, great guitar melodies, and a sick bassline! The next track, “Alien Pizza Delivery,” definitely delivered on the name! This grungy track showcases the group’s creativity, using their friend () to act as the alien they prospectively get pizza from (makes sense to gatekeep their favorite alien-pizzeria). My favorite part of the track is the group chants, as well as the chaotic ending, aided by the screams of their lead singer Andrew. The final track, “Do Not Keep Calm,” was our personal favorite. The track’s dynamic shift between verse / bridge and chorus made the track a very enjoyable listen - easily the best riffs of the set. The group chants also helped emphasize certain parts of the song. This was overall a very enjoyable session and we’ll make sure to collaborate with Bad To Worse in the very near future!
